Terms governing access to and use of Agnostics.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Agnostics, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (/privacy).

If you use Agnostics on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Agnostics provides scan-based adversarial testing, findings, Release Gate recommendations, retests, and release reports for AI applications.

Results are informational and decision-support only. Agnostics does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, security certification, penetration testing certification, or release approval.

Scans are limited to selected targets, configured attack packs, scan scope, and available product capability. Agnostics does not guarantee detection of every issue, vulnerability, misuse path, or failure.

The service is provided on an as-available basis.

We may modify features, limits, or availability with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid plans.

Customer responsibilities

You must have authorization to test every target you connect.

You must not use Agnostics to test systems you do not own or lack authorization to test.

You must not upload or submit secrets, credentials, unlawful content, malicious content, or regulated data you lack rights to use unless specifically supported and authorized.

You must not misuse scanning, report sharing, trial systems, support tools, or public services.

You are responsible for maintaining target access, permissions, and applicable policies for your AI product.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Organization owners and admins are responsible for invitations, roles, and use of the service by their team members.

Acceptable use

You may only test targets you own or have explicit written permission to test.

You may not use Agnostics to attack third-party systems without authorization.

You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, billing restrictions, or tenant isolation.

You may not upload unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes third-party rights.

You may not attempt SSRF, internal-network probing, or abuse of scan capacity.

You may not reverse engineer where prohibited by law, scrape, or overload the service in ways that impair other customers.

You may not abuse report sharing, chatbot, or support forms.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other in connection with the service.

The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only to perform under these terms.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without restriction.

Either party may disclose confidential information when required by law, with notice where permitted.

You are responsible for not submitting secrets beyond supported product workflows.

Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party providers for authentication, billing, hosting, and infrastructure. Their terms may apply when you interact with them directly.

You are responsible for permissions and access to targets and third-party systems you connect.

We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond limitations permitted by law.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the configuration, prompts, and content you submit to Agnostics.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submit customer data and test targets connected to the service.

Billing and plans

Paid plans, trials, and usage limits are described on the Pricing page and Billing Policy.

Fees are billed in advance according to the plan you select. Taxes may apply where required.

Failure to pay may result in restricted access until the account is brought current.

Intellectual property

Agnostics and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Disclaimers

Agnostics helps you make informed release decisions. It does not replace your own security review, compliance program, legal advice, or judgment about whether to ship.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that scans will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agnostics and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to Agnostics in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid fees.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Agnostics against claims arising from your unauthorized testing, customer content or target access, violation of law, misuse of the service, or breach of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using Agnostics at any time. You may cancel paid plans through billing settings or the customer portal.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or legal requirement, with notice where practical.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Please contact us first through the support channels on this site. If we cannot resolve a dispute, the courts of Montana, USA have exclusive jurisdiction.
