Subprocessors

Third parties that process data on our behalf.

Overview

Agnostics uses trusted vendors to host and operate the service. This page lists subprocessors that may process personal data on our behalf.

Current subprocessors

Clerk (authentication and organization management). United States.

Stripe (payment processing and billing portal). United States.

Supabase (managed Postgres database). United States.

Vercel (application hosting, CDN, and serverless functions). United States.

Upstash (Redis job queue when enabled for scan dispatch). United States / European Union depending on configuration.

Processing purpose

Each subprocessor receives only the data needed for its function. Payment data is handled by Stripe. Authentication tokens and profile data are handled by Clerk. Application and scan data are stored in Supabase. Infrastructure logs may be processed by Vercel.

Updates

We will update this page when subprocessors change. Customers on paid plans will receive notice of material changes where required by contract or law.
