Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data we hold about you.

Organization owners may request actions for workspace data they control.

How to submit a request

Use the Contact page (/contact) and select "Privacy or data request". Include your account email, organization name, and the action you are requesting.

We may verify your identity and organization role before processing the request.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.

Deletion scope

Account deletion removes or anonymizes workspace data according to our retention policy.

We cannot delete records we must retain for billing, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Active subscriptions should be canceled before full organization deletion.

Appeals

If we decline a request, we will explain why when permitted by law. You may reply with additional information for reconsideration.
