Billing Policy

How billing, renewals, and payment methods work.

Overview

Agnostics offers a free activation trial and paid subscription plans. This policy explains how billing works.

Activation trial

New organizations may receive one target and one scan without a payment method.

When trial limits are reached, you must choose a paid plan to continue running scans.

Trial data is retained after the trial ends. We do not automatically delete your projects or findings.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually according to the option you select at checkout.

Current plan prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.

Failed payments may result in restricted access until resolved through the billing portal or support.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Prorated charges may apply according to Stripe checkout behavior.

Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If your current usage exceeds the limits of a downgraded plan, new resource creation may be restricted until usage is within limits. Existing data is not automatically deleted.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Taxes

Prices may exclude taxes. Stripe may calculate and collect applicable sales or VAT taxes where required.
